We had an extremely positive experience using Driven. We drove up from the West Midlands for a specific vehicle. It was clean and ready to go for test drive. We drove it and purchased it all within an hour. We did have an issue with the vehicle a little while after purchase. We contacted Driven and they helped us willingly. We were never ignored, they returned our calls and dealt with everything efficiently and kindly. A very positive experience during very stressful times. We would happily purchase from these guys again.

Matt was superb throughout. As soon as I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted, he tailored it to what I really wanted and I am delighted with the car that I purchased.
Driven of York also kept it for a few weeks until my old car was ready to be returned.
Matt was superb. No pressure, but informative, eager to help but not pushy.

I came to the showroom to look at a particular car. Matt was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgable about the car I was looking at which made me feel at ease, knowing I was buying from the right people. After putting my deposit down I came back the next day to pick up the car. Matt helped me with all the extras of buying a car and made sure the car was ready for me to collect. Buying from Driven Of York was a great experience. I had booked a time to view a specific car, but on arrival they also suggested a couple of alternatives, one of which I preferred far more than the one I had my eye on, and ended up buying their suggestion (and no, it wasn't more expensive!). They let me test drive it immediately and gave me plenty of time and space to discuss my thoughts with my family members who had come along. Their admin was excellent and they kindly allowed me to collect the vehicle out of hours. The sales team were very pleasant and efficient and made the whole process so easy. The quality of the vehicle was excellent as well - despite being 7 years old it was immensely clean, both inside and out (even under the bonnet was pristine!). All in all a very pleasant experience and I'm very grateful.

Simply fantastic from the first phone call to delivery. The whole team was amazing. Everything I wanted Ryan sorted from the new alloy wheels to videos inside and out of the vehicle. They even arranged my private number plates to be completed and put on the car. Whenever I emailed Ryan replied same day. We were told a day and time for delivery and two people arrived all of a 4 hour drive to our house with an immaculately clean range rover and cleaned the entire inside. I must say I'm not a fan of car salesmen as find them very pushy but these guys at Driven Of York put me at ease. Not once was I told I had to do anything I didn't want to. Will be definitely going back in another 4 or 5 years when I look to upgrade again. Thank you to the team.

If Carlsberg made car garages....I first spoke to Ryan to arrange a visit and to test drive during lockdown, after initially worrying about how we would manage it at distance, once I arrived and was greeted by Tom any worries I had were removed immediately. Tom was extremely helpful and respectful of me wanting to test drive 2 vehicles, and nothing seemed too much to ask. I followed Tom for a few miles so I could safely drive alone. After arriving back at the showroom we discussed the sale, and what really impressed me was the lack of the traditional pushy salesman tactics. We closed the sale in less that an hour, Tom Kindly sorted my tax, 5 day insurance cover and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone as it was probably the easiest, and most friendly service anyone could expect when buying a car. Totally hassle free, and the car I bought was immaculate inside and out..... just as the advert described. Thanks again, I love my new little mini 👌🏼

The customer service I received from your company was amazing, in fact I can honestly say that it was the best customer service I have ever received.
Ryan was absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and he was so patient with me... I had never bought anything online before and probably asked very stupid questions, but he talked me through the whole process extremely patiently, and the video was fantastic, so detailed. The car arrived exactly when he said it would and looking exactly, as he said it would, he had even included petrol. The driver was also lovely, very polite and friendly and sanitised everything (as Ryan said he would), even the keys. I only spoke to Tom a few times, but he was also very helpful and friendly. I could not recommend Driven Of York highly enough...Absolutely wonderful...Thank you so much

I have recently bought a car from here whilst in lockdown, fantastic customer service with Tom from start to finish, I had seen the car online, booked a contact free viewing/test drive, and drove from Manchester to do this. I went and picked the car up a couple of days later. Everything was hassle free and very professional, I would highly recommend this dealer and would definitely use again myself.

I purchased a car during lockdown from this dealer and had a good experience. I drove around 90 miles down to here to do the sale. The experience was contact free, the new car I purchased was absolutely spotless inside and the handover process was seamless. Liaising with my salesman was straightforward, we were able to arrange most details via telephone and I felt at ease throughout the process. He was very friendly and helpful. My only downsides from the experience was that the dealership wasn't very "welcoming", most of the lights were turned off and there was just a desk to sit at to do the paperwork. This may have been down to the current Covid situation but it didn't feel very inviting. None of the staff other than the salesman I was dealing with even smiled/said hello (I was the only customer there) which I've never really had before and it made me feel a bit awkward whilst they were pottering around. Overall a good experience and I would buy from here again

The team managed social distancing to a very high standard with provision for gloves, antiseptic wipes and tables set up to maintain everyone's safety brilliantly. Ryan dealt with us when at Driven Of York, he was very professional and helpful with zero pressure in buying the car. It was my first time taking out finance on a vehicle but he explained everything to me and gave me some helpful hints and tips along the way. I have seen a lot of other cars on my journey to buying a new car and the car sold to me was by far the best priced and best condition. I was shown past paper work which put my mind at ease and was happy to see you had fully serviced the car on arrival to yourselves. Bought a beautiful car from a very efficient, knowledgeable and a non-pushy salesman. We were made to feel very comfortable and under no pressure whatsoever. The car was available for us to take home as soon as we were ready. Having not bought a new car for nearly 20 years, I was a bit daunted by the prospect. Tom was really lovely; he left me to look over the car by myself, which was really good - I would have felt a bit unnerved having someone watching over my shoulder. So I was able to examine the car by myself. Tom came back and I asked him lots of questions and he was able to give me answers to them all without hesitation, even showing me the things I needed to see - so I wanted to know where the bonnet catch was and how to fit the headlight bulb, and he was able to show me straight away. He even showed me how to lower the steering wheel, which I needed because I'm a bit short. I felt confident that he knew about the car, and was not just selling me something random. He accompanied me on a test drive and talked about the car as we drove. I was really impressed with the car, but I was equally impressed with Tom.

Once I had decided to purchase the car, the transaction was very smooth and not in the least bit painful. I was nervous as it was a big purchase for me, but my mind was put at ease and I felt under no pressure at all.

Picking the car up the next day, I was excited and nervous, but I had no need to be. Ryan helped me with the paperwork and gave me all the documentation, explaining what each piece of paper was. He had even transferred the ownership to me online.

Overall, my experience with Driven of York was excellent, and Tom and Ryan were just wonderful.
